The Requiem

Day 21 - Apparition
"Apparition" - "a ghost or ghostlike image."
To me, nothing yells Ghost/ Phantom better than a Katana. I think it's because of the Yamato from the Devil May Cry series.
This sword, Requiem has souls of the dead trapped in the blade that gets unleashed when the wielder is hurt to a point where they can no longer fight.
The Spirits in the blade will finish the job the wielder intended to do but at the cost of losing a part of their soul.
