Deathraze

Day 16 - Rot
Rot - " decay or cause to decay by the action of bacteria and fungi; decompose."
Deathraze although being a wooden stick, can be lethal cause of the infections it can cause if it pierces it's victims. It is crafted by a deranged forest guardian that kills and eats the lost souls who wander into the forest not knowing the consequences of their action. The hilt of the sword has the decaying hands of the victims held together by the intestines of the fallen holding the blade in its place. A large swarm of infectious flies surround the cursed blade at all times inflicting poison damage.
